Curry (massala) dish with fish, chicken or meat for 4 persons |

Rub two tablespoons of Chan's massala on ±500 grams of chicken. Leave for 15 minutes. Fry a large chopped onion and a clove of garlic in two tablespoons oil, add the chicken. Add salt, pepper, tomato and soy sauce to taste. Leave for 30 minutes on a low fire until done. Serve with Chan's pandan rice.
